      Lovely building

No toilet door (only a curtain) Strong smell of bad drains in the bedroom Listed facilities were not true Nowhere to put clothes in room or put wash bag items in bathroom

    • Group of friends

      Good internet connection.

The lady on the front desk was very rude, unhelpful and they set up a tour for us where we got ripped off. There was no hot water in the mornings, breakfast is was a 45min wait one morning for one boiled egg and no breakfast another morning. Wish we had not stayed there as we moved to another riad for the same price which was ten times as good.

    • Couple

The owner and staff were very friendly, and flexible when our plans changed and we needed to leave a day earlier. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Morocco! Very beautiful riad as well.

The only thing that we didnt like was the location, when arriving late evening it can be a bit intimadating (as with most riads it's located in a small alleyway, some local guys take advantage of that situation by showing you the way and then asking a ridiculous amount of money for that). Do use their airport transfer to avoid that!!

    • Couple

Welcomedrinks were offered. Dutch/French/English/Arabic speaking riadmanager. Breakfast was excellent. Enough, tasty and on time. The room was very clean and the design of the riad in its whole was beautiful. The staff also organized a nice bbq with local musicians on the roof, which was an amazing experience. We also got free Couscous and the experience of smoking waterpipe (Shisha).

The staff was very nice when you asked them something but sometimes that came for a price. The location of the riad in the medina is okay but very hard to find. There is no indication on the door or on the street. So we advise to use the map on booking (we forgot this) or just call them. When people are talking downstears, you can hear it through the entire building. The staff advise you to sit on the roof at night. The noise is than less disturbing.

    • Couple

Riad Hannah is lovely and relaxing. The included breakfast was delicious, as was the one dinner we had. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help arrange tours for us to see the sights of Marrakech and the High Atlas.

    • Older travelers

      The location is convenient.

Cleanliness is totally neglected. We found twice dirty bed sheets(blood stains!) in our room. The rooms in which we stayed were dump. The toilet of the first room in which we stayed was blocked same as the shower of the second room.

    • Couple

Quite a reasonable place if you can find it.

I felt that the staff were not overly helpful, I asked about going to the mountains and one of the staff quoted 350dhs per person, when we went out to look around most people were charging in the area of 200 dhs for the same trip. I also enquired about the local hammams, I was told that they were rubbish and not to bother. But my main complaint about this Riad is that it is actually completely impossible to find or even identify when you do find it. If you stay at this riad, you must make sure that you have the full address with you and their phone number. You will always need to get a guide to show you where the riad is which even if you have a pre agreed price, you will be expected to cough up in excess of a tenner for going approx 200 yards down the winding streets. This will of course end up in the guide getting annoyed and really quite unpleasant situations arising. The Riad is totally unmarked apart for a number 28, We couldn't get away quick enough!

      Nicely designed riad

.The manager refused initially to give a written invoice, this created an unpleasant experience because he menaced to cancel the reservation if I asked for a written invoice as proof of payment. The manager only decided to give me a written invoice when I threatened to go to the "police touristique" if he cancelled the reservation as repraisal for my demand of a written invoice. Everybody may guess why this very poor way of doing business is of upmost importance to the manager. We were clearly overcharged on taxes and currency conversion but that was not my main concern. I didn't want to be overcharged and be left with no proof of payment. There was a lot of noice.

    • Group of friends

The attitude and the responsiveness of the staff; the furnishing and design of the hotel; the location.

It would be more comfortable if the bathroom is separated from the room with a door or with a more stable fence, not just a curtain. Also, the guests should be informed in advance that certain actions, which are unacceptable in the majority of eu, are permitted in this hotel, and respectively in the whole country, as not to be obtained quarrels between the guests - such as tobacco smoking in the common areas of hotel.

    • Group of friends

beautiful riad, helpful staff, good price

the room on the ground floor tends to be really noisy

    • Group of friends

I loved the elegant design of the Riad. The stuff is great: friendly and really helpful! The breakfast was amazing, tasty, homemade and huge :)! I would say that the price is definitely worth for everything you get.

    • Couple

The Riad is in a nice location in the Medina and is easily accessible. The interior is beautiful and very romantic. Best of all, the staff are incredibly helpful and hospitable with everything from booking to tours to preparing an early breakfast when we had to leave early.

    • Group of friends

Friendly staff, always available to answer questions. Useful to get picked up at airport as it would be difficult to find otherwise.

No door separating living area and bathroom - limited privacy.

    • Couple

We were very friendly welcomed in Riad Hannah. Staff are very supportive giving information required. Location is very good - close to the main square, but also to the central bus station. The Riad itself is beautiful and has a nice roof terrace.

    • Couple

So so beautiful, one of the best trips I've ever had. Marrakech itself is a bit daunting, but the Ryad Laarouss really makes you feel relaxed. The design and interior decoration is beautiful, the staff are really, really helpful. Especially Khalid & amine :) The Ryad was very romantic at night, very quiet and subtly lit. To get to Jemaa el-fnaa square, we found going on the more main road was so much easier then going through the souks, takes about 10 minutes and you don't get lost! The hotel did traditional Moroccan dishes as well as foods for the less adventurous! You can also get alcohol from hotel, which is quite hard to get your hands on in Morocco. We did one of the excursions the hotel offers, we went to the Ouzoud Falls, which was so fun. You get to sit on these rafts and someone rows you right next to the water fall! If you do this tour though, make sure you bring money with you for lunch and tips. We will def be going back, loved it :) Oh and if you book a taxi transfer from airport through the hotel, they were waiting outside with a sign

Every thing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Riad hannah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
